Stack overflow

Stack overflow. A computer term that runs through my mind. The computer is interrupted, stacks up everything it is doing for later, handles the interruption, gets the previously interrupted stuff off the stack, gets back to work on it. If there is not enough memory, stuff falls off the bottom of the stack, and you can't get back to it. How big is your stack?

Should computers sleep

I just got up. It is still dark. I am thankful that my ancestors were not eaten by animals. I wonder why all the animals have to sleep. Probably because the Earth turns on its axis so dependably. Maybe computers should have to sleep. Other computers could watch over them while they sleep. Would other computers eat them while they sleep? Maybe there is a fortune to be made preparing the operating systems.
